Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. Introduction

These terms apply when you visit aisy.ai, use our free tools, or use the aisy platform and related services (the "Services"). The Services are provided by Aisy Ltd ("aisy," "we," or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16600314. Our registered office is at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

If you use the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Your organisation can sign a separate agreement with us, such as a design partner agreement or an order form. If a separate agreement conflicts with these terms, the separate agreement applies.

2. Who Can Use the Services

The Services are for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to use them. If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

3. Accounts

  • Give accurate information when you create an account or request access.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them.
  • Tell us immediately if you think someone has used your account without permission.
  • You are responsible for the activity on your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Services to:

  • Break any law or any right of another person.
  • Connect, scan, or analyse systems, code, or data that you do not own or do not have permission to use.
  • Get unauthorised access to the Services, to other accounts, or to our systems.
  • Disrupt, overload, or damage the Services.
  • Copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Services, except where the law permits it.
  • Upload malware or content that you do not have the right to share.
  • Build a competing product from the Services or from their output.

To report a security vulnerability, follow our responsible disclosure policy.

5. Your Data

You keep all rights to the data, code, files, and other content that you or your organisation give to the Services ("Customer Data"). We use Customer Data only to provide the Services to you, to create aggregated and anonymised usage data, and to improve the Services in ways that do not include Customer Data.

We do not use Customer Data to train or fine-tune machine learning models that third parties use or that serve other customers.

We protect Customer Data with industry-standard technical and organisational measures.

When your access ends, you can ask us within 30 days for a copy of your Customer Data. We delete Customer Data within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to connect your tools, repositories, and ticket systems to the Services and to share Customer Data with us.

Our Privacy Policy tells you how we use personal data. If your organisation signs a data processing agreement with us, that agreement also applies.

6. Our Intellectual Property

We own the Services, the website, our software, and our brand. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these terms. We keep all rights that these terms do not give to you.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we can use them without obligation to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services can connect to third-party products, such as code hosts, scanners, and ticket systems. The terms of those products apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party products.

The Services can deliver context, instructions, and rules into AI coding tools that you choose and operate, such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot. You are responsible for how you configure those tools, for what they produce, and for reviewing any code they write. We do not promise that a coding tool will act on, or correctly apply, the context we provide.

8. Confidentiality

Each party must protect the confidential information of the other party. Each party must use that information only for the purposes of these terms or a separate agreement. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, that the receiving party already had, that the receiving party got lawfully from a third party, that the receiving party developed independently, or that the law requires a party to disclose.

9. Findings and Recommendations

The Services give findings, priorities, and recommendations to help your team make security decisions. AI models produce part of this output, and it can be incomplete or wrong. A qualified person should review it before you rely on it, and it should not be the only basis for a decision with legal, financial, or safety consequences. Your organisation stays responsible for its security decisions and for the actions it takes.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent the law permits, we provide the Services "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the Services will be free of errors, that they will always be available, or that they will find every vulnerability.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that the law does not let us limit.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, or for wasted expenditure. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and £100.

12. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts the Services or other users at risk, or if the law requires it. Sections 5 to 11 and 14 continue to apply after access ends.

13. Changes to These Terms

We can change these terms when our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the new date on this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it applies. If you continue to use the Services after a change, you accept the new terms.

14. Governing Law

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms.
